The following information is provided to assist you during your BLISS experience:

Reservations

We encourage clients to schedule your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available, preferably five to seven days. Same day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.

Your personal needs are important to us, we kindly request that at the time of reservation you inform us of any special or medical condition.

Arrival and Check-in Procedures

For all treatments we require that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enable us to welcome you and take your details. For all spa packages we would ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this will allow ample time for you to slip into an oversized robe and slippers.

For the courtesy of all our clients, mobile phones are prohibited within the spa and treatment area. We kindly ask that you switch off or silence your phone.

All spa and treatment prices are subject to change without notification. All our staff and reception will assist you with any pricing enquiries you may have at the time of your reservation.

Group Bookings

All clients have the opportunity to book the salon and spa exclusively for their event; this may be a hen party, birthdays, corporate days etc. We encourage parties of around three however more or less may be accommodated. Advanced notice is requested at the time of a group reservation with a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with the cancellation policy. Please respect the salon’s scheduling by keeping appointments if possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling or rescheduling individual treatments, Spa packages require 7 days notice or there will be a 50% charge applied.

Gratuities

Gratuities are left to your discretion and based upon your level of satisfaction with services and your personal provider.
